摘要
针对运载火箭超临界氦贮罐内支撑结构的高强度和低漏热需求,介绍了低温绝热容器支撑结构的设计原则、材料选择及结构形式,对重型运载火箭用超临界氦贮罐支撑结构进行了设计,建立了超临界贮罐内支撑结构仿真模型,对贮罐及内支撑结构的静强度和抗振性能进行了分析,证明了支撑结构方案的可行性。
For the requirement of high strength and low heat leak of supercritical helium tank for rockets,the design principle,material selection and structure that applied to the vacuum thermal-insulation cryogenic pressure tank were given.The inner supporting structure in supercritical helium tank of heavy launch vehicle were designed.And the calculation model of the structure was established,the static strength and random vibration of inner supporting structure were analyzed.The feasibility of the designing scheme of inner supporting structure was proved.
