摘要
利用真空灌注技术合成了萃淋树脂B4DC6/P120,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)等手段对材料进行了表征。通过静态吸附实验,研究了接触时间、HNO_(3) 浓度、温度和共存离子对B4DC6/P120吸附Cs^(+)性能的影响,并通过动态吸附实验研究B4DC6/P120对Cs^(+)的穿透曲线。结果表明:B4DC6/P120对Cs^(+)的吸附平衡时间约为24 h,吸附过程符合准一级动力学方程;吸附性能随着酸度的升高先增大后减小;升温有利于吸附;该吸附剂对Cs^(+)具有较高的吸附性能和选择性,对大部分离子分离因子大于10。B4DC6/P120对Cs^(+)的动态去除结果表明,其对Cs^(+)具有良好的吸附性能,可用于去除放射性废水中Cs^(+)。
The extraction resin B4DC6/P120 was synthesized by vacuum perfusion technology.Characterization of B4DC6/P120 were investigated by SEM and FTIR.The effects of contact time,nitric acid concentration,temperature and coexisting ions on the adsorption of Cs^(+)on B4DC6/P120 were investigated by static adsorption experiments.The breakthrough curve was also studied by dynamic adsorption experiment.The results show that the adsorption equilibrium time of B4DC6/P120 for Cs^(+)is about 24 h,and the adsorption kinetic conforms to the pseudo first-order kinetic equation.As the acidity increases,the adsorption performance increases first and then decreases.Increasing the temperature is conducive to the adsorption.High adsorption performance and selectivity for Cs^(+)is observed,and the separation factor of Cs^(+)towards most cations is more than 10.The results of dynamic removal of Cs^(+)by B4DC6/P120 show good adsorption performance for Cs^(+)and the resin can be used to remove Cs^(+)from radioactive waste liquid.
