钴催化剂的制备及催化百里酚加氢反应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过在二氧化钛表面负载钴金属来制备钴基催化剂,并应用XRD、TEM等方法对催化剂进行了表征和确证。同时通过催化百里酚加氢反应验证其催化性能。结果表明:本文所制备的催化剂表面金属分布均匀,结构很稳定,在百里酚催化加氢反应中表现出优良的催化性能,可多次重复使用。本文考察了催化剂负载量、反应时间、温度、压力等因素对催化加氢反应的影响。在用重量比为10%(百里酚的量)的Co/TiO_(2)-10,反应在140℃,4MPa下进行6h,原料的转化率可以达到97.8%。 A cobalt catalyst was prepared by loading cobalt on the surface of titanium dioxide,and was characterized and confirmed by XRD and TEM.The catalytic performance of the catalyst was verified by catalyzing the hydrogenation reaction of thymol.The results show that the metal distributed uniformly on the surface of the catalyst and the structure of the catalyst is very stable.The catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic performance in the catalytic hydrogenation of thymol and could be used repeatedly for several times.The effects of catalyst loading,reaction time,temperature and pressure were investigated on the catalytic hydrogenation reaction,and the optimal conditions is that the reaction is carried out at 140℃ and 4MPa for 6 hours in the presence of Co/TiO_(2)-10(10%weight amount)and the 97.8%conversion of raw materials can reach.
