不同疫苗组合对猪群生产性能影响的研究

摘要 为有效预防肉猪呼吸系统疾病,提高生猪生产性能,获得符合实地需求的疫苗,本研究对不同疫苗组合后产生的不同效果进行了对比实验。实验选用杜长大三元杂交商品肉猪共3479头,将A、B两种支原体疫苗和C、D、E、F四种猪圆环病毒2型疫苗交叉组合后分为8个实验组,收集各实验组断奶均重、总增重、平均日增重、料肉比、上市率、肺部评分、头均药费和头均毛利等相关数据进行比较,对相关参数给予不同的权重系数,得出各个实验组的最终评分。结果表明:支原体疫苗A和猪圆环病毒2型疫苗C的组合效果最好。实验的开展可为猪场筛选疫苗提供理论依据与实践指导,也为科学评判疫苗效果提供数据支持。
