摘要
合成一个数均分子量为1000~5000的丙烯酸预聚物,然后使用氢氧化钠、水杨酸与七水合硫酸锌反应生成水杨酸锌并将其与丙烯酸预聚物中的羧基反应生成一种自抛光型丙烯酸锌树脂,用红外光谱测试其结构。以该丙烯酸锌树脂为基体,并添加少于40%的氧化亚铜制成防污涂料。通过对该防污涂料的常规性能、贮存稳定性、水解性能及其防污性能的测定,以及厦门海域挂板实验,验证了该树脂可用于自抛光防污涂料中,并可降低其中氧化亚铜的用量。
An acrylic prepolymer with a number average molecular weight of 1000~5000 was synthesized,then sodium hydroxide,salicylic acid and zinc sulfate heptahydrate were used to form zinc salicylate,which reacted with the carboxyl group in the acrylic prepolymer to form a self-polishing zinc acrylate resin,and its structure was tested by infrared spectroscopy.The zinc acrylate resin was taken as the matrix and less than 40%cuprous oxide was added to prepare antifouling coatings.Through testing of the conventional performance,storage stability,hydrolysis performance and antifouling performance of the antifouling coatings as well as the Xiamen sea hanging board experiment,it was verified that the resin can be used in selfpolishing antifouling coatings and can reduce the amount of cuprous oxide in them.
