放免法、ELISA法检测慢性肾炎血清因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的意义分析

Significance of ELISA and Radioimmunoassay in Detecting Serum Factors and Tlymphocyte Subsets in Chronic Nephritis

目的:探讨放免法、ELISA法检测对慢性肾炎患者血清因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的意义。方法:30例慢性肾炎患者(研究组)在自愿前提下参与此次研究,均在2018年12月~2019年12月经本院确诊并接受治疗,选取同一时间段内在本院体检的健康者作为对照组,分别以放免法、ELISA法检测健康者及研究组患者治疗前后的血清因子(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-18)水平及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)水平。结果:研究组治疗前的血清因子水平及T淋巴细胞亚群水平与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的血清因子水平及T淋巴细胞亚群水平与治疗前差异明显(P<0.05),但与对照组无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:对慢性肾炎患者以放免法、ELISA法进行血清因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的检测,可以判断其健康状况,判断患者的康复及预后情况。

Objective:To investigate the significance of ELISA and radioimmunoassay for serum factor and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods:30 patients with chronic nephritis(research group)participated in this study voluntarily,and they were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.The healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of serum factors(IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IL-18)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8)were detected by radioimmunoassay and ELISA before and after treatment.Results:The serum factor levels and T lymphocyte subgroup levels of the study group before treatment were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum factor levels and T lymphocyte subgroup levels of the study group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),but there is no difference with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum factor and T lymphocyte subsets of patients with chronic nephritis can be detected by free ELISA method,which can judge their health status,rehabilitation and prognosis.
