探讨尿液分析仪和镜检法在尿液检测中的应用

目的:观察并探讨在尿液检测中分别应用尿液分析仪与镜检法的临床效果。方法:选取76例于2017年8月~2019年8月来本院接受尿液检测的患者为研究对象,采集其尿液标本,并分别采用尿液分析仪与镜检法对其进行检测。对比并评价两种检测方法对红细胞、白细胞及管型的阳性检出率。结果:经统计,尿液分析仪检测法的红细胞及管型阳性率显著高于镜检法,白细胞阳性率则明显低于镜检法,两组数据差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在尿液检测中,尿液分析仪与尿液镜检法均存在各自的优势及不足,临床可根据实际情况联合应用两种检测方法,起到相互补充的作用,提高尿液检测的准确率,从而为临床诊治提供更加可靠的参考。

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effect of urine analyzer and microscopy in urine detection.Methods:76 patients who came to our hospital for urine testing from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and their urine samples were collected and tested by urine analyzer and microscopy respectively.Compare and evaluate the positive detection rate of red blood cells,white blood cells and casts by the two detection methods.Results:According to the statistics,the positive rate of erythrocytes and tubules detected by urine analyzer was significantly higher than that by microscopy,while the positive rate of leukocytes was significantly lower than that by microscopy.The difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:In urine detection,both urine analyzer and urine microscopy have their own advantages and disadvantages.In clinical practice,the two detection methods can be applied together according to the actual situation to play a complementary role and improve the accuracy rate of urine detection,thus providing a more reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
