探讨呼吸湿化治疗仪对慢性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者的影响

To Investigate the Effect of Respiratory Humidification Therapy on Chronic Heart Failure Patients with Hypoxemia

目的:分析呼吸湿化治疗仪对慢性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者作为此次研究对象,根据所有患者入院治疗的先后顺序平均将80例患者分成两个小组,即研究组和对照组,每组各40例。在治疗方式上,给予对照组患者进行常规治疗,对研究组患者在对照组基础上采取呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗,经不同治疗方式后,对比两组患者动脉血气指标、住院时间以及治疗有效率。结果:经两组患者采取不同方式治疗后对比发现,研究组患者动脉血气指标均优于对照组,且与对照组相比具有较高的治疗有效率,两组间对比结果存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在对慢性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者的临床治疗中,可在常规治疗方式上应用呼吸湿化治疗仪,可显著提高临床治疗效果,明显缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective:To analyze the effect of respiratory humidification therapy on chronic heart failure patients with hypoxemia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure and hypoxemia admitted to our hospital in February 2019 and February 2020 were selected as subjects of this study.According to the sequence of admission of all patients,an average of 80 patients were divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.In terms of treatment methods,patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the study group were treated with respiratory humidification therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.After different treatment methods,arterial blood gas indicators,hospitalization time and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results:The arterial blood gas index of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic heart failure accompanied by hypoxemia,the application of respiratory humidification therapy instrument in the conventional treatment can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the pain of patients.
