超声心动图测定心脏轴动向用于胎儿先心病产前筛查的价值

The Value of Echocardiographic Measurement of Cardiac Axis in Prenatal Screening of Fetal Congenital Heart Disease

目的:探讨胎儿先心病产前筛查中超声心动图测定心脏轴动向运用价值。方法:根据超声检查结果将180例孕妇分为对照组152例,观察组28例。比较两组心脏轴动角度、心脏轴动异常发生率,观察产前诊断结果。结果:两组心脏轴动角度比,观察组较高(P<0.05)。观察组心脏轴动偏左率(14.29%)、心脏轴动总异常率(17.86%)较对照组(0.66%)高(P<0.05)。心脏四腔+心脏轴动的先心病检出率(90.32%)较心脏四腔(61.29%)高(P<0.05)。结论:在胎儿先心病产前筛查中超声心动图测定心脏轴动的运用,可提升临床诊断准确性,有助于诊治功能的顺利开展。

Objective:To explore the application value of echocardiography in the prenatal screening of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods:180 pregnant women were divided into control group(152 cases)and observation group(28 cases).The angle of axial motion and the incidence of abnormal axial motion were compared between the two groups,and the results of prenatal diagnosis were observed.Results:The axial angle ratio of the two groups was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The left rate of axial motion(14.29%)and the total abnormal rate of axial motion(17.86%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(0.66%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of congenital heart disease(90.32%)of the four-chamber of the heart+axial movement of the heart was higher than that of the four-chamber of the heart(61.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of echocardiography in the prenatal screening of fetal congenital heart disease can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and contribute to the smooth development of diagnosis and treatment function.
