经腹部联合经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Transabdominal Combined Transvaginal Ultrasonography for Adenomyosis

目的:探讨经腹部联合经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法:研究纳入本院收治的50例子宫腺肌病患者,所有患者均经病理确诊,病例资料纳入时间自2018年1月~2019年2月。所有患者均先接受单纯经腹部超声检查,之后接受经阴道超声联合检查,以病理诊断作为金标准,统计两组方式对子宫腺肌病阳性检出率;并对比两组方式检查病灶内的血流速度、子宫动脉搏动指数与子宫动脉阻力指数等血流动力学情况。分析单纯经腹部超声检查与其联合经阴道超声检查在子宫腺肌病中的诊断价值。结果:联合检查组对子宫腺肌病的阳性检出率为96.00%(48/50),明显大于单纯经腹部超声检查组的阳性检出率80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.060,P<0.05)。单纯经腹超声检查中患者的子宫动脉搏动指数与子宫动脉阻力指数均明显低于联合检查组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且前一组检查中患者的血流速度明显高于后一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部联合经阴道超声检查有助于提高子宫腺肌病的诊断准确性,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Methods:50 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital were included in this study,all patients were pathologically confirmed,and the case data were included from January 2018 to February 2019.All patients received transabdominal ultrasound alone first,and then transvaginal ultrasound combined examination.Pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard,and the positive detection rate of adenomyosis in the two groups was counted.The blood flow velocity,uterine artery beat index and uterine artery resistance index were compared between the two groups.To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound alone and transvaginal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Results:The positive rate of adenomyosis in the combined examination group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that in the simple transabdominal ultrasound group 80.00%(40/50),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.060,P<0.05).The uterine artery beat index and uterine artery resistance index of patients with transabdominal ultrasonography alone were significantly lower than those of the combined examination group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,the blood flow velocity of patients in the former group was significantly higher than that in the latter group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of adenomyosis.It has high clinical value and can be further promoted.
