呼吸机治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Ventilator on Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的:分析呼吸机治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法:挑选2018年6月~2019年6月本院收治的80例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上使用呼吸机治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:分析两组治疗前后血气指标变化情况,治疗后观察组血气各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组死亡情况对比,观察组死亡率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:运用呼吸机治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征,效果突出,可以较好转变症状,减少死亡风险。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ventilator on acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:80 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with ventilator on the basis of routine treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The changes of blood gas indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.After treatment,the blood gas indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ventilator is effective in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome,which can change symptoms and reduce the risk of death.
