分析呼吸机管理在急诊重症监护病房急性脑血管意外昏迷患者中的策略

Analysis of the Strategy of Ventilator Management in Acute Cerebrovascular Accident Coma Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:给予急诊重症监护病房急性脑血管意外昏迷患者采用呼吸机管理方案,探究其具体应用策略。方法:遴选2019年2月~2020年2月时间段内的77例患者为研究样本,以患者住院号作为分组依据,其中实验组39例患者,采用常规管理和气管插管,对比组38例患者,在心肺复苏过程中借助喉罩呼吸机治疗和综合管理,对比两组研究数据。结果:实验组中患者的插管时间与功能恢复时间的数据低于对比组的数据,P<0.05,有意义。对比组患者的复苏成功所占的百分比为76.92%(30/39),一次性插管成功所占的百分比为65.78%(25/38);实验组患者的复苏成功所占的百分比为89.74%(35/39),一次性插管成功所占的百分比为81.57%(31/38)。两组患者的数据比较有临床不均衡性,P<0.05。结论:在急诊重症监护病房中,做好呼吸机的管理工作可以显著减少插管的时间,进一步提高插管成功率,提升患者的生存率。

Objective:To explore the application strategy of acute cerebrovascular accident coma patients in emergency intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 77 patients in the period from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study samples,and the hospitalization number of the patients was used as the grouping basis.Among them,39 patients in the experimental group were treated with routine management and endotracheal intubation.38 patients in the comparison group were treated and comprehensively managed by laryngeal mask ventilator during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The data of the two groups were compared.Results:The data of intubation time and functional recovery time of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,which was meaningful.The percentage of successful resuscitation of patients in the comparison group was 76.92%(30/39),and the percentage of successful one-time intubation was 65.78%(25/38);The percentage of successful resuscitation in the experimental group was 89.74%(35/39),and the percentage of successful one-time intubation was 81.57%(31/38).There is clinical imbalance in the data of the two groups of patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the emergency intensive care unit,the management of ventilator can significantly reduce the time of intubation,further improve the success rate of intubation and improve the survival rate of patients.
