摘要 目的:探讨人体成分分析仪指导营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病的影响。方法:选取2019年8月~2020年9月本院患有妊娠期糖尿病的患者60例为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用人体成分分析仪指导营养治疗。比较两组患者妊娠期并发症、围生儿结局情况(包括巨大儿、新生儿窒息、围生儿黄疸)。结果:观察组患者妊娠期并发症低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组巨大儿、新生儿窒息、围生儿黄疸率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人体成分分析仪指导营养治疗应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中有较好的治疗效果,有利于降低患者妊娠期并发症,改善围生儿结局情况,具有较好的应用效果。 Objective:To explore the influence of human composition analyzer on nutritional therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received nutritional treatment guided by human composition analyzer.Pregnancy complications and perinatal outcomes(including macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,and perinatal jaundice)were compared between the two groups.Results:Pregnancy complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the rates of macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia and perinatal jaundice between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of human component analyzer in guiding nutritional therapy in patients with gestational diabetes has a good therapeutic effect,is conducive to reduce the complications of pregnancy,improve the outcome of perinatal infants,has a good application effect.
