维持性血液透析患者应用高通量透析器的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of High Flux Dialyzer in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:观察高通量透析器在维持性血液透析患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:本次研究72例维持性血液透析患者均为本院2018年1月~2020年1月接收,随机分为2组,对照组(36例)与观察组(36例)分别开展传统血液透析器与高通量透析器治疗,对2组生化指标和生活质量评分进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前、治疗后尿素氮及肌酐均无明显差异(P>0.05);而β2-微球蛋白、白蛋白,观察组治疗后均比对照组优,差异明显(P<0.05);在生理功能、生理职能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、情感角色、总体健康评分方面,观察组均比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:予以维持性血液透析患者高通量透析器治疗,不仅可使患者生化指标改善,而且有助于患者日常生活质量提高。

Objective:To observe the effect of high-throughput dialyzer in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:In this study,72 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(36 cases)and the observation group(36 cases)were treated with traditional hemodialysis.The dialyzer and the high-flux dialyzer are used for treatment,and the two groups of biochemical indicators and quality of life scores are compared.Results:The biochemical indexes and after treatment,there was no significant difference in urea nitrogen and creatinine between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);Whileβ2-microglobulin and albumin in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of physiological function,physiological function,mental health,physical pain,emotional role and overall health score,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-throughput dialyzer can not only improve the biochemical indexes of patients,but also improve the quality of daily life.
