重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森的疗效观察

Efficacy of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease

目的:评价重复经颅磁刺激治疗神经内科帕金森疾病的效果、安全性,为帕金森疾病治疗提供参考。方法:选择神经内科2018年8月~2019年6月本院收治治疗的帕金森患者共106例,1:1比例随机分组治疗。对照组53例帕金森患者采取多巴丝肼药物治疗,联合组53例帕金森患者配合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较2组帕金森疾病患者的治疗情况,包括治疗效果、不良反应以及情绪、病情评分情况。结果:2组帕金森患者治疗后失眠、短暂性头痛等不良反应比较,P>0.05。2组帕金森患者治疗后总有效率比较,联合组治疗后总有效率更高,P<0.05。2组帕金森患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁情绪以及帕金森评定量表评分比较,联合组评分更低,P<0.05。结论:对比单纯的药物治疗,联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森具有安全性、有效性价值,促进患者症状体征改善,是有效的治疗手段。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in neurology department,and to provide reference for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:A total of 106 Parkinson's patients who were admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 in the Department of Neurology were selected for treatment at a 1:1 ratio.The 53 Parkinson's patients in the control group were treated with dopaserazine,and the 53 Parkinson's patients in the combined group were treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.The treatment status of the two groups of Parkinson's disease patients were compared,including the treatment effect,adverse reactions,mood and illness scores.Results:The two groups of Parkinson’s disease after treatment of insomnia,transient headache and other adverse reactions comparison,P>0.05.After treatment,the total effective rate of Parkinson’s patients in the two groups was higher than that in the combined group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety,depression and Parkinson’s rating scale were lower in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with drug therapy alone,combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease has the value of safety and efficacy,and it can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms and signs.It is an effective treatment method.
