婴儿培养箱内噪音来源及降噪方法的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究婴儿培养箱内噪音来源并提出有效的降噪方法。方法:选择2019年7月~2020年6月本院NICU病房内47例婴儿培养箱新生儿为研究对象,监测婴儿培养箱内噪音来源,并提出有效的降噪措施,观察实施前后的声级情况。结果:噪音主要来源于三个方面:医护人员治疗及护理操作声、仪器设备工作声、交流及沟通声。其中分贝超75dB(A)的声音为:意外碰撞暖箱、氧流量报警以及人员大声呼叫。经过有效干预后,降噪效果明显,干预后的等效声级、平均声级均明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:分析婴儿培养箱内噪音来源从而提出合理可行的降噪方法,安装减震装置,降低仪器设备制造的噪音分贝,设置警示标语,降低人说话分贝等措施确保婴儿培养箱的安全运行。 Objective:To study the source of noise in infant incubators and propose effective noise reduction methods.Methods:From July 2019 to June 2020,47 infant incubator newborns in the NICU ward of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The source of noise in the infant incubator was monitored,effective noise reduction measures were proposed,and the sound before and after implementation was observed.Results:The noise mainly comes from three aspects:the sound of medical staff’s treatment and nursing operation,the sound of instruments and equipment,and the sound of communication and communication.Among them,the sound with a decibel over 75dB(A)is:accidental collision with the incubator,oxygen flow alarm and loud calls of personnel.After effective intervention,the noise reduction effect was obvious,and the equivalent sound level and average sound level after the intervention were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyze the source of noise in the infant incubator to propose reasonable and feasible noise reduction methods,install shock absorbers,reduce the noise decibels produced by the equipment,set up warning signs,reduce the decibel of human speech and other measures to ensure the safe operation of the infant incubator.
