炼化企业防腐蚀涂层应用现状调研及应对措施

Investigation and solutions of anticorrosive coating applicationin refining and chemical enterprises

防腐蚀涂层是解决炼化企业设备和设施工业大气腐蚀的最主要的措施,而防腐蚀涂层的失效则影响炼化企业生产装置长周期安全稳定运行。针对8家炼化企业防腐蚀涂层的应用现状开展了现场调研和测评,分析了生产装置、钢结构和储罐等防腐蚀涂层应用过程中存在的主要问题。分别从管理制度完善及执行、涂装施工监控、定期检查测评、专业技能培训和质保模式等方面提出了应对措施和建议,并编制了相应的管理制度和技术规范。

Anticorrosive coating is the most widespread way to protect refining equipment and facilities from suffering corrosion.Failure of the coating is directly related to the long-term safe and stable operation of refining enterprises.Field investigation and evaluation were carried out on anticorrosive coating application in eight refining and chemical enterprises;current problems were studied for coating application in production units,steel structures and storage tanks.Solutions were proposed from the aspects of management system execution,coating construction monitoring,regular evaluation,professional training and quality assurance mode.Relevant management system and technical specifications were formulated,which provide reference for the efficient utilization of anticorrosive coating.
