芳烃抽提装置腐蚀成因与防护策略

Corrosion cause analysis and protection strategy of aromatics extraction unit

芳烃抽提装置是炼化企业的重要生产装置,其中采用环丁砜或环丁砜复合溶剂为抽提溶剂的比例超过80%,环丁砜劣化降解导致腐蚀和结垢问题是制约芳烃抽提装置长周期安全运行的一个重要原因。该文分析了芳烃抽提装置的腐蚀和结垢问题现状,归纳总结了环丁砜劣化降解的机理、因素及腐蚀规律;分别从控制原料质量、优化选材、工艺防腐蚀、腐蚀监检测和环丁砜溶剂净化处理等方面介绍了腐蚀控制策略,为芳烃抽提装置的生产操作提供经验借鉴和技术支撑。

Aromatics extraction unit is an important production unit in refining and chemical integration enterprises,in which more than 80%of the extraction solvents are sulfolane or sulfolane complex solvents.Thus the corrosion and scaling caused by sulfolane deterioration is an important factor restricting the long-term safe operation of the unit.In this paper,current situation of the corrosion and scaling in domestic aromatics extraction unit was analyzed;mechanism,factors and corrosion law of sulfolane deterioration were summarized.Protection strategies including material quality control,material selection optimization,process for corrosion protection,monitoring&inspection,and sulfolane solvent purification treatment were introduced,which provided experience and technical support for the production and operation of aromatics extraction unit.
