摘要
详细分析了FCC(流化催化裂化)烟气SCR(选择性催化还原法)脱硝催化剂结垢堵塞引起催化剂失活及SCR反应器内部设备腐蚀的原因。分析表明:降低SCR入口烟气NO x和SO 3含量,是防止SCR装置硫酸铵盐生成的有效措施,而FCC脱硝和脱硫助剂可以在再生器中大幅度降低NO x和SO 3含量。采用天津某公司FCC烟气脱硫脱硝复合助剂可以使烟气中的NO x和SO 3含量分别降低80%和60%以上,抑制了SCR脱硝催化剂结垢堵塞引起催化剂失活及SCR反应器内部设备腐蚀等问题。
The reasons for catalyst deactivation caused by scaling and blocking of SCR(selective catalytic reduction)denitrification catalyst for FCC(fluid catalytic cracking)flue gas and the corrosion of internal equipment in SCR reactor were analyzed.Reducing the content of NO x and SO 3 in SCR inlet flue gas was an effective measure to prevent the formation of ammonium sulfate,while FCC denitrification and desulfurization additives can greatly reduce the amount of NO x and SO 3 in regenerator.The results showed the content of NO x and SO 3 in the flue gas can be reduced by more than 80%and 60%,respectively,through using the multifunctional additives of a company in Tianjin,which solved the problems of catalyst deactivation and the corrosion of internal equipment in SCR reactor.
