摘要 石脑油中含有的硫化氢和氯化氢等腐蚀性介质,会引起石脑油储罐发生腐蚀。对某炼油厂3台石脑油储罐进行RBI(基于风险的检验)评估和全面检验,对RBI评估结果和全面检验结果进行对比分析,掌握了石脑油储罐的失效模式和腐蚀机理,提出了相应的防腐措施。 Corrosive media such as hydrogen sulfide and chloride in naphtha can easily cause corrosion in naphtha storage tank.RBI(risk based inspection)was conducted on three naphtha storage tanks of a refinery,results of evaluation and examination were compared and studied.Main corrosion locations and corrosion mechanism of the tanks were learnt,specific countermeasures were suggested.
