College Party organizations in the new era should be clear about the content,the objective and the requirements of cultivation of new-era talents.It is important to think in a systematic way and highlight the political,educational and organizational functions of party organizations in the cultivation of talents.Party organizations in colleges and universities must combine political integrity with scientific spirit and design in an overall manner in providing political leadership,ideological guidance and organizing mass activities.They must correctly answer the questions of“For whom do we cultivate talents?”“What kinds of talents should we cultivate?”and“How should we cultivate talents for the new era?”
