发展高校思想政治工作专业学位研究生教育论要——增设高校思政队伍专业博士学位的必要性

依据《专业学位研究生教育发展方案(2020-2025)》要求,设置思想政治工作专业学位类别,构建学术学位与专业学位并重的研究生教育发展格局,是培养高校思想政治工作高层次应用型人才的必然选择,也是思想政治教育学科专业自身协调发展的客观需要。而发展高校思想政治工作专业学位研究生教育,需要发挥教育主管部门的领导作用,主动服务高校思想政治工作高质量发展对不同层次和不同领域应用型人才的需求,做好顶层设计和方案论证,建立发展机制等,构建质量保障体系。

According to the Development Program for Professional Degree Graduate Education(2020-2025),the offering of professional ideological and political education degrees alongside the academic degrees is an inevitable choice for the cultivation of high-level applied talents for college ideological and political work and for coordinated development of the subject of ideological and political education.To do the job well,education authorities must provide solid leadership and active support for quality development of college ideological and political work which requires applied talents of different levels in different fields.Good work must be done to produce top-level design,conduct program verification and build development mechanism so as to guarantee the quality of the program.
