摘要
当前我国高校研究生思想行为呈现出自我效能感降低、价值判断更趋理性、思想行为更加网络化等新特点。强化理性平和心态培育、提高管理服务效能、加强就业引导教育,应成为当前研究生思政教育的重点。从发挥研究生导师立德树人首要责任人作用,做好研究生常态化的交流沟通,积极利用网络平台开展教育引导等方面提出进一步优化研究生思想政治教育策略。
Against the background of regular epidemic prevention and control,graduate students are displaying new psychological and behavioral characteristics.They experience lower self-efficacy,are more rational in value judgment,and spend more time networking.The key to ideological and political education for graduate students under regular epidemic prevention and control is to cultivate a rational and peaceful mindset,provide more effective management and services and strengthen employment guidance.Postgraduate tutors must conscientiously perform their duty as the first person responsible for students academic as well as moral growth,communicate with them on a regular basis and make good use of network platforms in educating,guiding and serving them.
