节气气候变化与地区鼻出血相关性的真实世界研究

摘要 目的探讨节气气候变化时气象相关因素对深圳地区鼻出血发生的影响。方法调取深圳市耳鼻咽喉医院信息中心2016年至2018年每天门急诊诊断为鼻出血的患者就诊信息,记录同期深圳市每日的气象数据情况(气温、露点、湿度、风速、气压及沉淀物),通过线性相关分析和多重线性回归模型揭示每日气象指标与患者鼻出血就诊例次之间的关系。结果每年就诊情况随着节气变化大体走势趋于相同,其中有两个较明显高峰,分别出现在小满和霜降节气附近。通过线性相关分析与多重线性回归模型显示,鼻出血发生与不同节气的气温、露点等值相关(P值均小于0.01),与气压、风速、湿度,沉淀物等的相关关系无统计学意义。结论深圳地区小满和霜降这两个节气前后是鼻出血发病的高峰时节,气温高、露点高的节气也是鼻出血的高发时节。通过节气气候因素对鼻出血影响的认识,提出相应的预防保健措施。 【Objective】To explore the effect of meteorological related factors on the occurrence of epistaxis in Shenzhen area during the climate change of solar terms.【Methods】Information of out-patients diagnosed as epistaxis was collected from the Information Center of Shenzhen E.N.T.Hospital from 2016 to 2018.The daily meteorological data of Shenzhen during the same period were recorded,which included temperature,dew point,humidity,wind speed,atmospheric pressure and sediment.The relationship between the daily meteorological indexes and the number of patients with epistaxis was analyzed through the linear correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis.【Results】The general trend of visiting doctor every year was the same as the change of solar terms.There were two obvious peaks,respectively near Xiaoman and Shuangjiang solar terms.The linear correlation analysis and stepwise regression model showed that the occurrence of epistaxis was positively correlated with the air temperature and dew point of different solar terms,but there was no significant correlation with atmospheric pressure,wind speed,humidity,sediment and so on.【Conclusion】In Shenzhen,it's the peak periods of epistaxis near Xiaoman and Shuangjiang solar terms,and the ones with high temperature and high dew point were also the periods with high incidence of epistaxis.Based on the understanding of the influence of climate factors on epistaxis,the corresponding preventive and health care measures were proposed.
