双能量CT虚拟平扫结直肠病灶结直肠癌

Dual-energy CT virtual plain scan of colorectal lesions and colorectal cancer

目的比较双能量CT虚拟平扫与常规CT平扫诊断结直肠病灶结直肠癌的效果分析。方法本研究回顾性分析2018年7月至2020年7月于江门市人民医院进行诊治的结直肠病灶结直肠癌患者80例,根据患者的检查随机分为两组,对照组(常规CT平扫组),观察组(双能量CT虚拟平扫组),对两种不同检查方法的效果应用对比分析。结果观察组经双能量CT虚拟平扫检查敏感性为92.50%,对照组经常规CT平扫检查敏感性为90.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结直肠病灶准确性观察组为84.62%,对照组为81.58%,两组准确性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在病灶肠壁厚度、转移淋巴结显示方面比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在肠道病变周围浸润、肿瘤边缘、肠道病变远处转移征象显示比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双能量CT虚拟平扫在结直肠病灶结直肠癌的定性鉴别方面在一定程度上可代替常规CT平扫。

【Objective】To compare the effect of dual-energy CT virtual plain scan and conventional CT plain scan in the diagnosis of colorectal lesions and colorectal cancer.【Methods】This study retrospectively analyzed 80 patients with colorectal lesions and colorectal cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020.According to the examination of the patients,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(conventional CT scan group),observation group(dual-energy CT virtual plain scan group),comparative analysis was applied to the effects of two different inspection methods.【Results】The sensitivity of the observation group by dual-energy CT virtual plain scan was 92.50%,and the sensitivity of the control group by conventional CT plain scan was 90.00%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The accuracy of the colorectal lesions was 84.62%in the observation group,81.58%in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference in accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the thickness of the intestinal wall of the lesion and the display of metastatic lymph nodes,there was no significant difference in imaging between the two groups(P>0.05),the signs of infiltration around the intestinal lesions,tumor margins,and distant metastasis of the intestinal lesions showed no significant difference in imaging between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Dual-energy CT virtual plain scan can replace conventional CT plain scan in the qualitative identification of colorectal lesions and colorectal cancer.
