摘要
目的探讨镜像疗法(MT)对脑卒中(CS)偏瘫患者步行能力的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月南阳医专第一附属医院收治的84例CS偏瘫患者,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组给予常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上应用MT,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组干预有效率95.24%(40/42)明显高于对照组80.95%(34/42)(P<0.05);观察组干预后股四头肌、腘绳肌手法测试(MMT)分级标准Kendall百分比法评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后步长明显长于对照组(P<0.05),步速明显快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(SFMAS)中上肢、下肢评分、SFMAS总分以及功能性步行能力量表(FAC)、Barthel指数(BI)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MT应用于CS偏瘫患者效果显著,有助于增强其步行能力,促进其生活质量水平提升。
【Objective】To explore the effects of mirror therapy(MT)on walking ability of patients with stroke hemiplegia.【Methods】A total of 84 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention measures,while observation group was given MT on basis of control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.【Results】The response rate of intervention was significantly higher in observation group than in control group[95.24%(40/42)vs.80.95%(34/42)](P<0.05).After intervention,scores of quadriceps and hamstrings in manual muscle testing(MMT)grading standard by Kendall percentage method were significantly higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05),step length was significantly longer in observation group(P<0.05),pace was significantly faster in observation group(P<0.05),scores of upper limbs and lower limbs in simple Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(SFMAS),total score of SFMAS,score of functional ambulation category(FAC)scale,Barthel index(BI)and score of stroke specific quality of life(SS-QOL)scale were significantly higher in observation group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application effect of MT is significant in patients with stroke hemiplegia,which is beneficial to enhance walking ability and improve quality of life.
