The high-quality development of the Journal of academy of governance cannot be separated from the planning and preparations of clear ideas.Unlike the general development strategy,the superb and wise development strategy is more scientific,forward-looking,artistic,practical and effective,which is a sufficient and necessary condition for high-quality development.The high-quality development of the Journal should be accurately in consistent with the development strategy of the National Journal.From both the supply side and the demand side,some strategies are worked out;breaking through the development concept,and also leveraging the high-quality development experience of other cultural fields,and closely following the theme of the high-quality development of the sponsor,which is the necessary strategy for the development of the Journal to enter the high-quality development track.If the solid material is the foundation,the clear path is the direction,the serge motivation is the core,and the fair evaluation is the guidance,then the wise strategy is the command.
