中国英语专业大学生对模糊限制语语用价值及显性语用教学的认知状况探究 被引量:1

摘要 模糊限制语是英语母语者重要的口语交际手段,然而它制约着我国英语学习者口语能力的发展。为了探究学习者对英语口语中模糊限制语的语用价值及显性语用教学的认知,本研究以40名英语专业大学生为研究对象进行了问卷调查。研究发现,大多数学习者认可英语口语中模糊限制语的语用价值,并认为模糊限制语显性语用教学有效。研究还揭示了学习者对模糊限制语显性语用教学活动的实用性、兴趣度、难度的认知,以及他们的学习困难及对教学的建议。研究结果对英语语用教学和教材编写具有一定的启示意义。 Hedges are an important means of communication for native English speakers.However,they restrict the development of Chinese English learners’oral ability.In order to explore learners’cognition of the pragmatic value of hedges in spoken English and explicit pragmatic teaching,this study conducted a questionnaire survey with 40 college English majors as the research objects.It is found that most learners recognize the pragmatic value of hedges in spoken English,and believe that the explicit pragmatic teaching of hedges is effective.Additionally,the learners’perceptions of the practicality,interest and difficulty of the explicit pragmatic teaching activities,as well as their learning difficulties and suggestions for teaching improvement,are also revealed.These findings may provide some enlightenment for both English pragmatic teaching and textbook compilation.
