新时期我国煤炭产业现状及对策研究

Chinese Coal Industry Status Quo in New Period and Countermeasures Study

我国能源结构“富煤、贫油、少气”,煤炭资源的开发利用对保障国家能源安全、经济社会发展等具有重要意义。2019年我国原煤产量38.5亿t,煤炭消费总量28.04亿t,均实现连续三年增长。煤炭消费比重虽有所下降,但依然在57%以上,煤炭将一直是我国的主体能源。本文通过总结煤炭产业发展现状和存在的主要问题,从宏观经济、环保、安全、智能和创新等方面提出了煤炭资源开发利用与国家和区域经济、社会发展统筹部署的思考与建议。

Chinese energy source structure is“coal rich,oil poor and gas deficient”.The exploitation and utilization of coal resources have significance to ensure state energy source security and economic,social development etc.In 2019,raw coal output in China is 3.85 billion tons;total coal consumption 2.804 billion tons all realized 3 years continuous growth.Although consumption proportion of coal is declined,but still above 57%,thus coal will always be the principal energy source in China.Through coal industry development status quo and existed major issues summarization,the paper has proposed pondering and proposals on coal resources exploitation,utilization and state,regional economic,social development overall deployment from macroeconomy,environment protection,security,intelligence and innovation etc aspects.
