黄遵宪《朝鲜策略》缘起及其朝鲜观探析

On the Origin of Huang Zunxian’s Korea Strategy and His View on Korea

十九世纪后半期,由于受到西方势力冲击,清朝传统华夷体系面临严重挑战。清政府仍然欲求同朝鲜王朝维持宗藩关系,重视朝鲜半岛安全问题,并极力劝说朝鲜王朝开港通商。1880年,朝鲜修信使金弘集访日时,清朝驻日公使何如璋与参赞黄遵宪积极游说金弘集设法劝导朝鲜君臣与西方列强立约通商,以便抵御沙俄南侵。本文主要论述了黄遵宪"劝策朝鲜"的动因,并分析了金弘集与清朝驻日使臣的数次笔谈经过和《朝鲜策略》撰写过程及其具体内容,进而阐释了该册子中所体现的黄遵宪外交思想和时局观及其朝鲜观。

In the second half of the nineteenth century,due to the impact of western forces,the traditional Huayi system in the Qing Dynasty faced serious challenges.The Qing government still wanted to maintain suzerain-vassal relations with the Korean dynasty,and attached importance to the security of the Korean peninsula,trying its best to persuade the Korean dynasty to open port for trade.In 1880,when the Korean messenger Jin Hongji visited Japan,He Ruzhang and Counselor Huang Zunxian of the Qing Dynasty actively convinced Jin Hongji to try to persuade the Korean monarchs and officials to enter into treaties with western powers in order to resist Russia’s invasion in the south.This article mainly discusses the motivations of Huang Zunxian’s "persuading Korea",and analyzes the content of several written conversations between Jin Hongji and the Qing dynasty’s envoys in Japan and the releases process of Korea Strategy,and then explains Huang Zunxian’s view on diplomacy,the current situation then and his view on Korea.
