汽轮机内缸法兰结合面张口原因探究

摘要 文章以加强汽轮机运行稳定性为目标,重点探讨汽轮机内缸法兰结合面张口问题。针对该问题,从力学模型构建、应力计算等方面分析原因,掌握出现法兰结合面张口的形成条件,并提出了相应的解决建议。制定针对法兰结合面张口问题的解决方案,希望能够从根本上解决张口问题,提高汽轮机运行效率。 With the goal of enhancing the stability of steam turbine operation,the focus is on the issue of opening of the flange joint surface of the steam turbine inner cylinder.The article analyzes the reasons for the opening of the flange joint surface of the steam turbine inner cylinder from the aspects of mechanical model construction,stress calculation,etc.,and grasps the formation conditions of the flange joint surface opening,and proposes corresponding solutions to the flange joint surface.The solution to the opening problem is hoped to fundamentally solve the opening problem and improve the operating efficiency of the steam turbine.
