黑榄核破壳机械装置的设计与研究

摘要 文章针对黑榄核,仁需求量大但获取效率低的问题,采用自动化流水线代替传统人工开榄核,全自动地完成破壳以及核、仁的筛分。整体生产线大致工作流程为:榄核的定向排列、尺寸筛分、运输、切割、破壳以及核、仁的筛分。在流水线设计时主要采用了振动盘、直线送料器、链轮运输机、气动压具以及直线筛料机等机构。另外,针对榄核的不规则性,设计了3个加工尺寸的模具。后期通过有限元分析校核,证明设计机构均合理。 In order to solve the problem that the demand of black olive kernel is large,but the efficiency is low,the automatic assembly line is used to replace the traditional manual open olive kernel,and the shell breaking and kernel and kernel screening are completed automatically.The general working process of the whole production line is as follows:directional arrangement of olive core,size screening,transportation,cutting,breaking shell and screening of core and kernel.Among them,in the design of the assembly line,the vibrating disc,linear feeder,chain wheel conveyor,pneumatic press and linear screening machine are mainly used.In addition,in view of the irregularity of the core,three processing dimensions of the mold were designed.After the finite element analysis,the design mechanism is reasonable.
