昆明供电局变电运行一所利用保护信息管理系统实现对220 kV变电站新上保护装置的远方修改定值工作,并在保护信息管理及保护动态感知两个系统召唤定值进行一致性结果比对通过,在云南电网范围内率先实现常规变电站远方修改保护定值后的“双确认”,这是昆明供电局在省公司“云核对”技术上对常规变电站远方修改定值的创新和突破,为提升常规变电站继电保护工作效率,筑牢电网安全第一道防线打下了坚实的基础。核对是对电网管理保护工作的一次全面梳理与检验,达到了“以核查保安全”的目的。

The substation of Kunming Power Supply Bureau uses the protection information management system to modify the fixed value of 220 kV substation protection device,comparing the two system of protection information management and the protection dynamic perception,taking the lead in the system,improving the relay protection efficiency and building the first line of power grid safety.Verification is a comprehensive sorting and inspection of the power grid management and protection work,and achieves the purpose of"verification to ensure safety".
