我国职业化医疗器械检查员培养初探

Preliminary Study on the Training of Professional Medical Device Inspectors of China

针对医疗器械专业检查人员短缺,水平参差不齐的特点,文章深入剖析当前我国医疗器械检查员队伍建设中存在的问题,探索通过从检查员准入、检查员的政治水平和法律意识培养、通识教育培养、分级分类专业化培养、廉政教育和保密教育等手段提高我国医疗器械检查员的能力水平。

In view of the shortage and uneven level of professional medical device inspectors,this paper deeply analyzes the current problems in the construction of medical device inspectors of China,and explores the ways to improve the quality of medical device inspectors from the following aspects:the recruitment of inspectors,the cultivation of inspectors’political level and legal awareness,the cultivation of general education,the cultivation of classification and specialization,anti-corruption education and confidential education.
