摘要
文章旨在分析思考大数据和专家系统在职业病的科学管理、发病情况、诊断、治疗等辅助医生工作的应用前景。基于现有的人工智能职业病医学专家系统,提出了利用互联共享数据库信息以及本院临床数据改进专家系统的设想。该系统仍以专家系统的推理机和知识库模块作为诊断的主要依据,使得大数据职业病专家系统的诊断结果仍然具有可解释性。但该系统利用各数据库的数据改进专家系统的规则制定,并且在传感器端改进引入图像识别的功能,进而方便人机交互。
This paper analyzes and considers the application prospect of big data and expert system in the scientific management,incidence,diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases.Basing on the existing artificial intelligence expert system of occupational medicine,an idea of improving the expert system by using interconnected shared database information and clinical data of our hospital was purposed.The system still takes the reasoning machine and knowledge base module of the expert system as the main basis of diagnosis,so the diagnosis results of the occupational disease expert system with big data are still interpretable.However,this system uses the data of each database to improve the rule making of expert system,and introduces the image recognition function at the sensor end,so as to facilitate the human-computer interaction.
