达芬奇机器人在病理学领域研究应用与进展

Research Application and Progress of Da Vinci Robot in the Field of Pathology

手术是临床上常用的一种治疗方式,随着医学技术的进步,达芬奇机器人手术逐渐出现并应用于临床。对于微创手术来说,达芬奇机器人将手术的准确性提高到一个全新的水平,在国外,它早已被广泛用于骨科、肿瘤科等疾病的治疗中,国内多家医院也已开始使用达芬奇机器人,效果良好。这一新型微创术式有可提高精确度的震颤过滤系统、操作灵活的机械腕、放大的三维立体术野等。当前不少医院逐渐将达芬奇机器人应用于外科手术治疗中。文章主要从分析达芬奇机器人的构成与特点入手,并对其在临床上的应用与进展展开综述。

Surgery is a commonly used clinical treatment.With the advancement of medical technology,Da Vinci robotic surgery has gradually appeared and is used in clinical practice.For minimally invasive surgery,the Da Vinci robot improves the accuracy of surgery to a whole new level.In foreign countries,it has been widely used in the treatment of orthopedics,oncology and other diseases,and many domestic hospitals have also begun to use it.The Da Vinci robot works well.This new type of minimally invasive surgery has a tremor filter system that can improve accuracy,a flexible mechanical wrist,and an enlarged three-dimensional surgical field.At present,many hospitals are gradually applying Da Vinci robots to surgical treatment.This article mainly starts with the analysis of the composition and characteristics of the Da Vinci robot,and summarizes its clinical application and progress.
