摘要 随着丙肝及梅毒感染率的不断提高,感染疾病所带来的不良危害也得到越来越多的关注,如何降低疾病对患者健康及生命安全的影响已经成为当前临床上的重要课题,并得到了越来越多的关注。尤其是检验科,更是将如何确保诊断的有效性及安全性,作为了实际研究中的重点。而全自动光激化学发光免疫分析系统LiCA500,正是这些研究中的重要成果之一。检验仪器作为精确诊断及疗效评估的重要手段之一,在临床医疗中发挥了重要作用。因此,分析全自动光激化学发光免疫分析系统LiCA500对血液标本中丙肝抗体和梅毒螺旋体抗体的检验应用进展对临床有着重要意义。 With the continuous increase in the infection rate of hepatitis C and syphilis,more and more attention has been paid to the harmful effects of infectious diseases.How to reduce the impact of the disease on the health and life safety of patients has become an important clinical topic at present,and got more and more attention.Especially in the laboratory,how to ensure the validity and safety of the diagnosis has been the focus of actual research.The automatic photo-induced chemiluminescence immunoassay system LiCA500 is just one of the important results of these studies.As one of the important methods for accurate diagnosis and curative effect evaluation,testing instruments play an important role in clinical medicine.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to analyze the application progress of the fully automated light-induced chemiluminescence immunoassay system LiCA500 for the detection of hepatitis C antibodies and Treponema pallidum antibodies in blood samples.
