超声在异位妊娠诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用

Application of Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨在异位妊娠诊断和鉴别诊断的过程中实行超声检查的应用价值。方法:选择2018年9月~2019年11月82例经病理证实为异位妊娠的患者作为本次实验的分析对象,采用彩色超声诊断仪对所有患者进行超声检查,对所得的结果数据与病理结果进行对比分析。结果:超声检查中共诊断出77例患者为异位妊娠,总符合率为93.09%;细分异位妊娠的类型,其中,在流产型异位妊娠方面,超声检查的符合率为92.31%;在未流产破裂型异位妊娠方面,超声检查的符合率为97.36%;在破裂型异位妊娠方面,超声检查的符合率为88.89%。结论:在异位妊娠的诊断及鉴别中,采用超声的检查方式进行疾病的分析,诊断准确性较为显著,但也存在一定比例的误诊和漏诊发生率,需要在临床中结合其他检查方式,进一步提升异位妊娠的诊断准确性。

Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From September 2018 to November 2019,82 patients with ectopic pregnancy confirmed by pathology were taken as the analysis objects in this experiment.All patients were examined by color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,and the results were compared with pathological results.Results:A total of 77 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by ultrasound examination,with a total coincidence rate of 93.09%.The types of ectopic pregnancy were subdivided,and the coincidence rate of ultrasound examination was 92.31%in abortion ectopic pregnancy.The coincidence rate of ultrasound examination was 97.36%for ectopic pregnancy without abortion and rupture.For ruptured ectopic pregnancy,the coincidence rate of ultrasound examination was 88.89%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis and differentiation of ectopic pregnancy,ultrasonic examination method is used to analyze the disease.The diagnostic accuracy is relatively significant,but there is also a certain proportion of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.It is necessary to combine other examination methods in clinical practice to further improve the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy.
