阴道超声联合腹部彩超在宫外孕诊断中的应用价值及准确性分析

Application Value and Accuracy Analysis of Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with Abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:对宫外孕诊断中实施阴道超声联合腹部彩超的临床效果进行分析与评估。方法:将2017年3月~2020年9月本院接收的60例宫外孕患者作为此次评估对象,所有患者均按照奇偶分组法分为观察组(经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声)与对照组(腹部彩色多普勒超声),每组患者各30例,分析两组患者诊断后各指标状况。结果:观察组患者诊断结果以及诊断准确率显著优于对照组,此时P<0.05,表示统计学分析结果存在对比研究意义。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断效果显著,可以显著提升宫外孕诊断准确率,对后续疾病治疗具有积极意义。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the evaluation objects,and all patients were divided into study group(transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound)and control group(abdominal color Doppler ultrasound)according to parity grouping method,30 cases in each group,and the indicators of the two groups after diagnosis were analyzed.Results:The diagnosis results and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.At this time,P<0.05,indicating that the statistical analysis results have significance for comparative research.Conclusion:The diagnostic effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound is significant,which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy,and has positive significance for the follow-up treatment of diseases.
