分析远红外线治疗仪在动静脉内瘘术后透析患者中的应用

The Application of Far Infrared Ray Therapy in Dialysis Patients After Arteriovenous Internal Fistula was Analyzed

目的:探讨在动静脉内瘘术后透析患者治疗中应用远红外治疗仪的临床价值。方法:纳入2019年2月~2020年2月在本院治疗的动静脉内瘘术后透析患者76例为观察对象。按照就诊先后顺序将76例患者平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者不接受远红外治疗仪照射治疗,观察组接受远红外治疗仪照射40min,对比临床效果。结果:对照组患者治疗后的透析时血流量、内瘘使用时间、炎症因子水平变化、并发症发生率相比于观察组具有明显劣势,组间统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论:对动静脉内瘘术后血液透析患者实施远红外线治疗仪照射治疗能够有效改善患者预后,该方法能够有效降低患者的并发症发生情况,同时对于增加透析时血流量具有重要促进作用,疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of using far infrared therapy in the treatment of dialysis patients after arteriovenous internal fistula.Methods:All cases were selected from 76 dialysis patients treated in our hospital after arteriovenous internal fistula surgery,and the time was from February 2019 to February 2020.The 76 patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of treatment,namely,the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the control group were not treated with far-infrared therapy,while the experimental group was treated with far-infrared therapy for 40min,compare the clinical effects.Results:Compared with the experimental group,the patients in the control group had obvious disadvantages in terms of blood flow,time of use of internal fistula,and the incidence of complications after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Far infrared ray therapy can effectively improve the prognosis of hemodialysis patients after arteriovenous internal fistula surgery.This method can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,and at the same time it has an important role in promoting the increase of blood flow during dialysis.
