体外自动除颤仪在急性心肌梗死心脏骤停急救中应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨体外自动除颤仪在急性心肌梗死心脏骤停急救中应用价值。方法:纳入2017年4月~2020年4月收治急性心肌梗死心脏骤停患者60例为观察对象,随机分为2组,观察组(n=30)采用体外自动除颤仪,对照组(n=30)给予人工除颤,对比2组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后对2组患者疗效进行判定,结果显示:观察组除颤成功率、存活率(83.33%、80.00%)均明显高于对照组(60.00%、56.67%),组间对比存在显著差异性(P<0.05);在并发症发生率对比上,观察组(10.00%)低于对照组(43.33%),比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与人工除颤方法相比,将体外自动除颤仪应用在急性心肌梗死心脏骤停患者急救治疗,临床效果明显,可显著提高患者急救效果,减少并发症。 Objective:To investigate the application value of external automatic defibrillator in emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction with cardiac arrest.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2020,patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest were included in this study.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=30)was treated with external automatic defibrillator,and the control group(n=30)was given artificial defibrillation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The results showed that the success rate of defibrillation and survival rate(83.33%,80.00%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(60.00%,56.67%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);in the comparison of the incidence of complications,the observation group(10.00%)was lower than the control group(43.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the artificial defibrillation method,the application of external automatic defibrillator in the emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest has obvious clinical effect,which can significantly improve the emergency effect of patients and reduce complications.
