腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床效果分析

目的:探究腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对患者卵巢储备功能的影响。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年8月沈阳美德因妇儿医院收治的88例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组和观察组(每组44例),对照组采取开腹卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗,比较两组患者的卵巢储备功能和妊娠情况。结果:两组术前促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)组间比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,术后两组LH、FSH高于术前,E2低于术前,但组间比较观察组LH、FSH低于对照组,E2高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组6个月内妊娠率为72.73%,高于对照组52.27%,P<0.05。结论:针对卵巢囊肿患者,腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术、开腹手术均会影响其卵巢储备功能,但前者干扰较小,利于预后恢复,且妊娠率较高,治疗效果突出。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on ovarian reserve function.Methods:A total of 88 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to shenyang madein women’s and children’s hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(44 cases in each group).The control group was treated with open ovarian cyst stripping,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping.The ovarian reserve function and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in LH,E2 and FSH between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the LH and FSH of the two groups were higher than that before operation,and the E2 was lower than that before operation,but the LH and FSH of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,and the E2 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 72.73%within 6 months,which was higher than that of the control group(52.27%,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ovarian cysts,laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation and laparotomy will affect their ovarian reserve function,but the former has less interference,is conducive to the recovery of prognosis,and the pregnancy rate is higher,the treatment effect is outstanding.
