激光法治疗种植体周围炎的短期临床效果评估

Evaluation of Short-Term Clinical Effect of Laser Therapy for Peri Implant Inflammation

目的:观察评估种植体周围炎采用激光法治疗取得的短期临床效果。方法:随机选择2018年2月~2019年2月本院接诊的种植体周围炎患者28例。根据单复数分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均14例。对照组患者应用碳纤维刮治器与0.2%的洗必泰抗菌进行治疗,观察组患者则采用激光法展开治疗。对比分析不同治疗方法的短期效果。结果:治疗前所有患者的各项临床牙周指标基线并无明显区别,治疗3个月后,患者的各项牙周指标均明显降低,观察组患者降低幅度更明显,P<0.05,符合统计学意义;治疗半年后,患者的各项牙周指标均低于基线,与治疗3个月相比,出血指数降低,其余指数略微反弹。结论:在改善种植体周围炎中,传统刮治与激光治疗均可改善患者的各项牙周指标,相比激光治疗方法更明显,但稳定性不足,只能短期改善,长期还需观察随访。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the short-term clinical effect of laser therapy for peri implant inflammation.Methods:28 patients with peri implant inflammation were randomly selected from February 2018 to February 2019.According to the singular and plural grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.There were 14 patients in both groups.The control group was treated with carbon fiber curette and 0.2%chlorhexidine,while the observation group was treated with laser.The short-term effects of different treatments were compared.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the baseline of all clinical periodontal indexes of all patients.After 3 months of treatment,the periodontal indexes of all patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After half a year of treatment,the periodontal indexes of all patients were lower than the baseline,and compared with 3 months of treatment,the bleeding index was lower,and the rest index rebounded slightly.Conclusion:In the improvement of peri implant inflammation,traditional curettage and laser treatment can improve the periodontal index of patients.Compared with laser treatment,it is more obvious,but the stability is not enough.It can only be improved in a short term,and long-term follow-up is needed.
