摘要
目的:对血常规检测中,采用的两种检测方式(血涂片细胞形态学与全自动血细胞分析仪)联合应用的价值进行探究。方法:选取2018年12月~2019年12月本院收治的70例血常规检验的患者,所有血液标本分别给予全自动血细胞分析仪检验与血涂片细胞形态学检验,对单纯全自动血细胞分析仪检验、全自动血细胞分析仪检验联合血涂片细胞形态学检验的结果进行对比。结果:在70例血常规检验患者中,有35例血液标本为异常标本,占50.0%。采用全自动血细胞分析仪检验异常血液标本的例数为27例,占77.1%;采用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验异常血液标本的例数为34例,占97.1%;差异显著,P<0.05。全自动血细胞分析仪与全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验在单核细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性细胞检验中的结果差异不明显,P>0.05;但是在嗜碱性细胞检验中存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:在血常规检验中采用全自动血细胞分析联合血涂片细胞形态学检验,能够显著提高检测准确率,两种检测优势可以互补,在临床上的应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the combined application value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in routine blood examination.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,the selection of our hospital,70 cases of patients with routine blood test,all the blood respectively for fully automatic blood cell analyzer test and cell morphology blood smear to test,for simple automatic blood cell analyzer test,automatic blood cell analyzer test cell morphology combined blood smear to test results were compared.Results:Among the 70 patients with routine blood test,35 were abnormal blood samples,accounting for 50.0%.27 cases(77.1%)of abnormal blood samples were examined by automatic hematology analyzer.The number of abnormal blood samples was 34(97.1%),which were examined by automatic hematology analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology.The difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of monocytes,neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophil test by the combined blood smear cell morphology of the automatic blood cell analyzer and the automatic blood cell analyzer,P>0.05.However,there were significant differences in basophil test(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of automatic blood cell analysis combined with blood smear cell morphology in routine blood test can significantly improve the detection accuracy.The two kinds of detection can complement each other and have high clinical application value.
