血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的检验结果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的检验结果。方法:在2019年1月~12月时间段中,选取本院收治的60例需要血糖检测的患者作为本次研究的实验组,给予快速血糖仪检测;同期选取本院收治的60例需要血糖检测的患者作为本次研究的对照组,给予常规生化仪检验;对比两组的检验结果。结果:对照组血糖检验的平均时间为(155.6±12.4)min,实验组血糖检验的平均时间为(2.4±0.6)min,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。在空腹血糖检验与餐后2h血糖检验中,实验组与对照组的检验结果无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:分别采用快速血糖仪与常规生化仪在血糖检验中进行检验,两种检验方式的检验结果相似,但是在检验时间对比中,快速血糖仪检验的时间更短,且操作简便快捷,效率更高。 Objective:To explore the results of rapid blood glucose test and routine biochemical test.Methods:During the period from January to December 2019,60 patients admitted to our hospital who needed blood glucose detection were selected as the experimental group of this study,and rapid blood glucose meter detection was given.During the same period,60 patients admitted to our hospital who needed blood glucose monitoring were selected as the control group of this study,and routine biochemical test was performed.Compare the test results between the two groups.Results:The mean time of blood glucose test in the control group was(155.6±12.4)minutes,while the mean time of blood glucose test in the experimental group was(2.4±0.6)minutes.The difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).In the fasting blood glucose test and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose test,there was no significant difference in the test results between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rapid blood glucose meter and the conventional biochemical meter are used to test the blood glucose test respectively.The test results of the two test methods are similar,but in the comparison of the test time,the rapid blood glucose meter test has a shorter time,and the operation is simple and fast,and the efficiency is higher.
