基于模糊聚类的医用耗材定位管理研究

摘要 建立了基于目标函数最优的模糊C均值聚类算法的采购定位模型,以利润影响和供应风险两个维度对医用耗材进行分类,按其重要性大小在Kraljic矩阵中进行定位,并以复旦大学附属儿科医院的医用耗材为例对该模型进行了论证。结果表明,考虑供应风险后的耗材定位更全面有效,可为管理者提供科学的订货依据,帮助管理者建立高效的采购模式。 In this paper,a procurement positioning model based on the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm with the optimal objective function is established.The medical consumables are classified in two dimensions of profit impact and supply risk,and positioned in the Kraljic matrix according to their importance.The model is demonstrated by taking the medical consumables in the Children’s Hospital of Fudan University as an example.The results show that the positioning of consumables considering supply risk is more comprehensive and effective,which can provide scientific ordering basis for managers and help managers to establish an efficient procurement model.
