摘要 为了解福清市规模羊场羊传染性鼻肿瘤个体流行率和群体流行率,寻找可能的风险因素,于2019年开展了该市规模羊场羊传染性鼻肿瘤横断面调查。结果显示,该地羊鼻肿瘤场群表观流行率35.7%,场群真实流行率为35.7%(95%CI:24.4%~47.0%),个体表观流行率15.3%,个体真实流行率为6.6%(95%CI:4.8%~8.5%),引种、交叉放牧和近3 km有羊养殖场,可能是该病传播的风险因素。该调查为开展该病的监测和防控提供了基础数据。 In order to understand the individual prevalence rate and population prevalence rate of infectious nasal tumors in scale goat farms in Fuqing city,and to find possible risk factors,a cross-sectional survey of infectious nasal tumors in sheep on scale goat farms in the city was carried out in 2019.The results showed that the herd level apparent prevalence rate was 35.7%,the herd level true prevalence rate was 35.7%(95%CI:24.4%-47.0%),the individual level apparent prevalence rate was 15.3%,the individual level real prevalence rate was 6.6%(95%CI:4.8%-8.5%).The introduction,cross-grazing and goat farms within 3 kilometers may be the risk factors for the spread of the disease.The survey provided basic information for surveillance and prevention and control of the disease.
