西藏牦牛传染性角膜结膜炎病原菌的分离与鉴定

摘要 为了掌握西藏牦牛摩拉氏菌的流行情况及耐药性,本试验在2018年9月从西藏林芝某县无菌采集牦牛眼拭子10份,对细菌进行分离纯化;并利用文献中所提及的该菌鉴定引物进行PCR检测。采用WHO推荐的K-B纸片法测定常用抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明:从10份眼拭子样品中获得了1株牦牛摩拉氏菌。该菌株对12种抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药,对青霉素、头孢他啶产生耐药,对头孢氨苄、头孢曲松、卡那霉素和红霉素呈中介,对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛、氨苄西林、新霉素、多西环素和庆大霉素较敏感。本试验分离鉴定西藏牦牛摩拉氏菌,并选用常用抗菌药物进行耐药性研究,为牦牛摩拉氏菌的治疗提供理论基础。 In order to grasp the prevalence and drug resistance of Moraxella bovis in Tibet.In the present study,10 eye swabs were aseptically collected in Linzhi,Tibet in September 2018,and the bacteria were isolated and purified,and was tested by PCR assay using the bacteria identification primers based on the previous published literatures.The K-B disc method recommended by WHO was used to determine the sensitivity of commonly used antibacterial drugs.The results showed that one strain of Moraxella bovis was obtained from 10 eye swab samples.The strain was resistant to 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs with different degrees.It was resistant to penicillin and ceftazidime,was intermediary to cephalexin,ceftriaxone,kanamycin and erythromycin,was more sensitive to ceftazolin,cefuroxime,ampicillin,neomycin,doxycycline and gentamicin.This experiment isolated and identified Moraxella bovis and screened the sensitivity to the commonly used antibacterial drugs for drug resistance research,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of Moraxella bovis.
