无针注射器接种犬瘟热疫苗免疫效果评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on Immune Effect of Canine Distemper Vaccine Inoculated with Needle Free Syringe

摘要 为了评估无针注射器接种犬瘟热疫苗的免疫效果,试验将30只42~45日龄健康拉布拉多犬和金毛巡回猎犬随机分成3组,每组10只。第1组采用普通注射器接种1头份疫苗(含犬瘟热抗原Snyder hill株),第2组、第3组采用无针注射器分别接种1头份、1/2头份疫苗。首免后14 d和28 d采用同样的方法进行二免和三免。免疫后观察犬疼痛反应、炎症反应以及食欲、精神状态;分别于首免14 d、二免14 d和三免14 d采血、分离血清,ELISA试剂盒检测抗体浓度,根据产生的抗体浓度判断免疫效果。结果显示:无针注射组没有出现炎症反应和副作用,疼痛明显降低;三组试验动物首免14 d后抗体水平均能达到保护作用;首免14 d、二免14 d和三免14 d三组比较,无针注射1头份组、1/2头份组抗体水平均略高于普通注射1头份组。结果表明采用无针注射器接种犬瘟热疫苗免疫效果确实、安全。 In order to evaluate the immune effect of canine distemper vaccine inoculated with needle free syringe.Thirty healthy Labradors and Golden retrievers aged 42-45 days were randomly divided into three groups with 10 dogs in each group.In the first group,1 dose of vaccine(containing canine distemper antigen Snyder hill strain)was inoculated with ordinary syringe.The second group and the third group were inoculated 1 dose and 1/2 dose with needle free syringe,respectively.The same method was used for the second and third immunization 14 days and 28 days after the first immunization.The pain reaction,inflammatory reaction,appetite and mental state of the dogs were observed after immunization.Blood samples were collected and serum were separated at the 14th day of the first immunization,the 14th day of the second immunization and the 14th day of the third immunization,respectively.The antibody concentration was detected by ELISA kit,and the immune effect was judged according to the antibody concentration.The results showed that there were no inflammatory reactions and side effects in the needle free injection group,and the pain was significantly reduced.The antibody levels of the three groups could reach the protective effect at 14 days after the first immunization.Compared with the three groups,the antibody levels of 1 dose and 1/2 dose in the needle free injection group were slightly higher than 1 dose in ordinary injection group.The tests showed that canine distemper vaccine inoculated with needle free syringe was safe and effective.
