阿苯达唑对3种金丝猴毛首线虫驱虫效果试验 被引量:2

摘要 本试验采用形态学及分子生物学方法,对3种金丝猴感染的毛首线虫进行物种鉴定,并调查阿苯达唑对毛首线虫的驱虫效果,结果显示:北京动物园圈养的川、黔、滇3种金丝猴均感染毛首线虫,阿苯达唑对金丝猴毛首线虫具有良好的驱虫效果,尤其对川金丝猴和黔金丝猴的驱虫效果理想,除川金丝猴在驱虫后第10天每克粪便虫卵数(EPG)波动较大外,川金丝猴和黔金丝猴在检测期粪便内虫卵始终维持在较低水平;对于滇金丝猴,虽有驱虫效果,但在给药后第10~30天,EPG波动较大,驱虫效果不如川、黔2种金丝猴理想,这可能与受试的滇金丝猴年龄跨度大密切相关。本试验为临床优化药物驱虫程序,开展长效驱虫研究提供科学依据。 In the present experiment,we identified the species of Trichurus sp.infected by three kinds of golden monkeys and investigated the insecticidal effect of albendazole on Trichurus sp.by morphology and molecular biological methods.The results showed that three kinds of captive golden monkeys(R.roxellana,R.brelichi and R.bieti)were all infected with Trichurus sp.in Beijing zoo.Albendazole had a good insecticidal effect on the Trichurus sp.of golden monkeys,especially on R.roxellana and R.brelichi.The eggs per gram of feces(EPG)in R.roxellana fluctuated significantly on the 10th day after administration,but the fecal eggs in R.roxellana and R.brelichi remained at a low level during the detection period.For the R.bieti,although albendazole had certain insecticidal effect,the EPG fluctuated greatly in 10-30 days after administration,and the insecticidal effect was less ideal than that of R.roxellana and R.brelichi,which may be closely related to the large age span of R.bieti tested.This study provides scientific foundation for clinical optimization of drug repellent program and long-term repellent research.
